      Annual general meeting 2015

      The annual general meeting of Securitas AB (publ), was held on May 8, 2015 at Hilton Hotel Slussen, Stockholm, Sweden. The following was resolved on: board of directors, nomination committee, dividend, guidelines for remuneration to management, incentive scheme and authorization for the board to resolve upon acquisition of the company's own shares.
